1. Use of the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. User Data and Content
You retain all rights to the data you upload to the platform (such as ambassador lists and referral records). By uploading data, you grant us a license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process such data.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) interfere with the security or integrity of the platform; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; (c) use the platform to transmit any malicious code or "spam".
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
